Robocom Systems International has developed and implemented warehouse management solutions since 1982. We maintain offices in Farmingdale, New York; Toronto, Ontario; and Raamsdonksveer, The Netherlands, and we have distributors throughout the world. RIMS® (Robocom’s Inventory Management System), our flagship product, helps our customers maximize productivity, increase inventory accuracy, and streamline operations in their warehouses and distribution centers.

In March 2007, Robocom expanded and enhanced its supply chain execution solution offerings by acquiring Radcliffe, Inc., a leading supplier of supply chain systems since 1991. Radcliffe’s strengths in the Third-Party Logistics and Food & Beverage Markets, along with the ROC Enterprise, Labor Management, ROC Webstore, ROC RFID, ROC Talk, and Transportation Management solutions, are significant additions to our capabilities.

Our collaborative approach of housing our Help Desk, development staff, and systems engineers under one roof allows us to address our customers’ needs immediately.
