Support Team

Robocom is proud of its dedicated and knowledgeable support staff. We understand that even the most knowledgeable customers sometimes need the assistance of a superior support team. This talented group represents decades of customer support experience and has an extensive background in the supply chain industry.

Collectively, the group has taught hundreds of training classes and supported go-lives both on-site and from afar. Our team has academic degrees in computer science, computer information systems, technical writing, technical communications, teaching, business and economics and includes help desk analysts, as well as certified wireless LAN products and networking technicians.

Each support team member is fully trained in every aspect of Robocom’s supply chain solutions and support methodolgy to provide customers with immediate assistance. Our support team has fluency in multiple languages.

Our help desk is located in our Farmingdale, NY and Markham, Ontario offices and has the full support of the entire technical team.
